Cocktail of the Week: Rose Royce

Rose Royce
1 oz. OVAL Vodka
1/3 oz. Rose Syrup (available here)
1/3 oz. Simple Syrup
2/3 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
½ glass Perrier Jouet champagne

Shake all ingredients well over ice and pour into a
champagne flute half-filled with Perrier Jouet. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
