Cocktail of the Week: Spring Fever

Spring Fever
1 1/2 oz Hangar One Buddha’s Hand (or other citrus vodka)
1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger
1/2 oz Sherry Vinegar & Honey Shrub (a syrup made with sherry vinegar, sugar & honey)*
1 oz Orange JuiceMix, shake & strain.*Boil two parts sherry vinegar and two parts sugar until sugar is
dissolved thoroughly.  Take off heat and add one part water and one
part honey.  Stir to incorporate.
