MxMo XLIV: Money Drinks

My favourite money drink, and one that always gets a look of luscious surprise is The Bistro Sidecar.  If your customer is a little leery of a brandy heavy cocktail like the original Sidecar, then this is the one to start them out with.  I got this from Robert Hess’ “Essential Bartender’s Guide”.Bistro Sidecar
1.5 oz brandy
0.5 oz tuaca
0.5 oz frangelico
0.25 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
Wedge tangerine squeezed


Shake, strain into sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.  Garnish with roasted hazelnut
