Cocktail of the Week: The Bertha

The Bertha
1 3/4 oz. Partida Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. home-made grenadine*Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish: long grapefruit twist

*Home-made grenadine: Over a stove-top, dissolve 1 part POM pomegranate juice and 1 part water.  Once dissolved, simmer for 10 minutes.  Add in several drops of orange flower water, chill, and serve.
