Cocktail of the Week: Apple Harvest

Apple Harvest
1.5 oz.Whistle Pig Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz Amaretto Liqueur
1/4 -1/2 oz Ginger Juice Syrup*
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3.0 oz Freshly juiced Apple Juice
Build, Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.*Make ginger juice first using a juicer, then use 1 part Ginger juice, 1 part organic evaporated cane sugar; bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 mins.
